BPPC Realizes Consulting Success in the Public Sector

For the past 15 years, Tom Cole has served as lead consultant for the Department of Navy's unaccompanied housing privatization projects. He has also provided consultation and economic-based project analysis for US Marines and US Air Force projects.

He earned a bachelor's degree in real estate from the University of Massachusetts in 1987 and later completed a master’s degree in city and regional planning at Rutgers University.
